Debt Facility Expansion – South Island
A regional finance company raised a c$8M revolving facility to support its growing loan book. Despite limited bank appetite, the client’s strong governance and asset base secured a facility from their incumbent bank, tied to a simultaneous property refinance.

Mid-Rise Apartment Project – Auckland
Stage two of a 100+ unit development was funded with c$70M in senior debt. Strong demand from both bank and non-bank lenders enabled the client to negotiate improved terms with their incumbent bank.

Bridging Loan – Queenstown
A $500K facility enabled completion and installation of a pre-sold luxury home. The deal was secured against land, with a regional lender stepping in to support the final delivery phase.

Social Housing Site Acquisition – Bay of Plenty
A c$1M loan funded land settlement for a future social housing project. Despite regional location challenges, a specialist lender backed the sponsor based on their strong pipeline and reputation.

A c$50M refinance was secured for a mixed-use asset with strong tenancy. Competitive tension among local banks led to favourable pricing, with the client opting for a shorter term to maximise cost efficiency.

Multi-Sector Portfolio Refinance – Auckland
A c$110M refinance across eight assets enabled a private investor to restructure debt and enhance cash flow. Competitive bank interest led to improved terms and a new syndicated facility with graduated targets.
