    Founder

    Mark brings over 30 years of experience in property valuation, real estate banking and finance, having led major property finance teams at ASB and Westpac, and served as Chief Investment Officer at MaxCap New Zealand. His most recent appointment was as Head of Debt Advisory for JLL New Zealand.

    Mark has advised on some of New Zealand’s largest development and investment finance transactions and managed some of the largest bank relationships in the property finance sector. He is known for building strong relationships with both borrowers and lenders and believes a strong culture should be at the forefront of every organisation.

    Associate

    Marcia is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Directors with a strong background in finance leadership across New Zealand and the UAE, spanning industries including hospitality, manufacturing, architecture and oil and gas. She is an experienced finance professional who has served as a trusted advisor to boards and business owners to help drive growth, manage change, design and implement improvements to achieve financial and operational success.

    Since joining the property sector, she has combined her financial acumen with a passion for real estate, supporting clients with analytical insight and a solutions-focused approach.
